Chester sleeping

My golden rechever puppy that I only got to have for three and a half days. I decided to draw a quick sketch of him while he was sleeping right before we had to take him back. I know I didn't do him justice. He's a bazillion times cuter than than this. At least I know he's happy now, and won't be put to sleep (the breeder said she had no intention of putting him down) which is good. Hopefully he'll be able to become a service dog when he grows up.

We found out he had PDA, a condition of the heart, so we had no choice but to take him back to the breeder we got him from. I like how the breeder didn't even tell us he had this, but I guess it's not all her fault, it's more the Vet who checked him out and told her everything was fine with him, when really he wasn't; I don't know who to be more mad at, the Vet who gave the wrong diagnosis, or the breeder who didn't get a second opinion, and then let us find out on our own...

I love Chester so much even though I barely even got to have him. No idea how much I cried after hearing he was sick and we'd have to give him back. I loved playing with him and holding him...He was the most well behaved dog in the world, that's for sure.
